This weeks WomenCrushWednesday is a little steamy. We have a hot personal trainer by the name of Rebecca Cardon, who is a bisexual beauty! Then we have beautiful and talented American actress named Cathy DeBuono.

The very first time I laid eyes on Rebecca Cardon I instantly fell in love. Besides her healthy lifestyle and good looks she is a fun loving, charismatic, fireball of energy. She is one of those ladies that when she walks into the room she just puts a smile on her face because she is already smiling.
Rebecca Lynn Cardon was born on June 10, 1975 in Virginia Beach, Virginia and began acting at five years old in television commercials. Cardon set a national bench press record at age 17 for her weight class of 105 pounds and age category of 17-to-19-year-olds when she lifted 135 pounds. Cardon has a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in theater.
She was on the sixth season of the The Amazing Race back in 2004. She finished in 3rd with her then boyfriend Adam Malis.
Work Out on Bravo was a reality television show that first aired on July 19. 2006 and ran for two years. Jackie Warner, the gym owner, tried to balance her life as a successful personal trainer and an openly gay woman as she worked to build a client base for her new Beverly Hills facility, Sky Sport and Spa. Rebecca Cardon was on 23 of the episodes as herself.

Cathy DeBuono was born on March 20, 1970, in Yonkers, New York, and raised in Bronxville. She is an American actress, producer and former volleyball player, receiving two gold metals at the United States Olympic Festival in 1991 and 1992. She later ended her career due to a knee injury. She graduated in 2003 and earned a master degree in clinical psychology. She a licensed psychotherapist in the state of California. She currently hosts her own radio program to give out advice on LA Talk radio. Her show airs every Monday at 2:00PM (PST).
She is known for her work in And Then Came Lola (2009), Crazy Bitches (2014) and Gay Propaganda (2002). DeBuono also played “M’Pella” on Star Trek series Deep Space Nine. She was originally hired as Dax’s (Terry Farrell) photo-double. In addition to doubling Dax and playing the role of M’Pella, Cathy played The Breen, a Vulcan Baseball Player, and a Klingon Warrior for the last 3 seasons of the series.
