If you don’t know the premise behind the new Netflix original series Sense8 you’re about to get the low-down! It’s really hard to resist lovebirds Nomi and Amanita as they’re featured in their first scene together, a sex scene, in teh very first Episode! Hot! It definitely peaked our interest  right off the bat! Actress and model Jamie Clayton plays Nomi Marks, a trans woman and hacktivist living in San Francisco, who is dating girlfriend Amanita. As Nomi, formerly Michael grew up with parents who believes that she shouldn’t live her carefree, love-free lifestyle. Her parents even go as far as to try to have her hospitalized to help the issue.

The show revolves around eight strangers from all over the world who suddenly become mentally and emotionally linked.  Unknowing to the group, their paths are destined to cross and during the early season, they start sharing the same vision of a women’s violent death. Each of these Sense8’s are able to use each others senses and knowledge, skills and language. The show touches on issues of  personal identity, diversity, politics, gender, sexuality and religion.

The first few episodes I wasn’t sure I would like the show, then I became hooked and invested into the characters. Check this show out! It’s a must watch!
