It was sadly no April Fools joke. The typically gorgeous YouTube couple that paved their way on YouTube with lesbian themed vlogs, tags and videos is no longer a power couple and dynamic duo.

They have been silent for about a month now but the time came when they couldn’t be silent any longer. If you haven’t heard the news, lesbian duo, Stevie and Sarah have officially announced their highly speculated break up.

They posted a video entitled New Beginnings on their shared channel and the title already had us shedding tears. So what was the cause behind the Stevie and Sarah break up?

According to their official break up video the couple went their separate ways in January of 2015. There was no tension, only a few misty eyes and they announced their decision was due to the fact that they just didn’t mesh.

The ex-couple says the video was only feasible to do after having some time away from each other.  Stevie got the apartment and the cats leaving Sarah to go her separate way. Fans are hoping that even though Stevie started their YouTube empire and is very active on her main channel that Sarah will pick up the YouTube reigns and continue to make videos.

The couple made it a point to not villainies either of them but still fans are putting majority of the blame for the relationship failure on Stevie and highly speculating that she has cheated. Sarah assures us in the video that is not the case but still the comment section is heavy with infidelity accusations on Stevie’s part.

Stevie assures us that there are no hard feelings between the two and that Sarah can come and visit the cat anytime. However, this doesn’t seem to be one of those videos where you get the eerie sense that the couple will end up back together.

YouTubers are going crazy now that the gorgeous couple is single. Many girls are going crazy for Sarah’s boi look, her dreads and her wild and striking blue eyes while others want the femme look that Stevie provides with her cat flicked eyeliner and very tumblr-esque red ombre hair.

They will be silent no more and Stevie is already up and at it providing more content on all her online platforms. Where are you Sarah, we miss you!
