My Story
My name is Catherine, or simply Cat for short. I'm 29, Chinese-American from Queens, NY. I've hid my sexual orientation from friends and family for fear of their reaction. At this point I'm still unsure about coming out, but I've realized that I can't just live the rest of my life under false pretenses. I've never had a relationship with a woman before, despite being obviously attracted to them. I've simply hid myself away and convinced myself that I don't need a relationship to be happy. However, in doing so I've also limited my friendship circles. I don't have any gay or lesbian friends, so it's hard for me to relate to anyone. I am hoping that I can meet similar people on here. Relationship or not, I'm tired of pretending to be something else and at the end of the day the heart wants what it wants :)
