My Story
As a child, my mom was a drug addict and my dad was an alcoholic. My grandparents saw how bad of a mother she was and went to court for custody. They only got primary custody. I still went over every Wednesday and every summer. My mom was so addicted that she would let men come in and rape and molest me for drug money. All my other sisters had friends houses that they stayed at, sometimes for weeks because they knew what was happening at home. This went on every summer from the time I was 5 until after my 11th birthday. They invaded the house on a drug raid and they walked in on a guy raping me. But now, I'm a college student, working, still alive, and stronger than ever. I hope one day to be an inspiration and role model, its not impossible to come from a horrible background and be happy with life.
