My Story
In my 20s, my mom disowned me for being a lesbian.
For many years, I focused on my career, and my adopted children. My son is an adult now, and my daughter is 15. As a mom, I didn't date much, but my kids are almost grown and don't need that much of me.
I'm starting on another phase of my life, and I want a special connection with a woman: to love with my heart and soul and to be loved likewise. I have lived long enough to know that love is only the beginning- the real test is sticking it when life is hard. I am ready to give my all to a woman who wants the same.
I love animals and all things related to art. I am striving to be healthier and refuse to "go quietly into that good night." I plan to make the best of this life. Going to Europe, hang gliding, taking a trip on a train are a few things on my bucket list, but mostly I want to experience these things and much more with the my last love and best friend.
