My Story
I am a married woman (8 years, no children) who is out to my husband as bisexual, as I have had attraction to women for as long as I can remember. I am just now beginning to explore this side of myself. Currently, I am looking for other bi or lesbian women near me for friendship only. I would love to learn about your personal journey, and discuss mine with people who truly understand.
I enjoy spending time in book stores and coffee shops, in conversation. I am interested in LGBT studies, gender studies, women's studies, feminism, Hinduism, Buddhism, the Unitarian Universalist faith, books (especially non-fiction), the arts, attending college lectures on topics of interest, and spending time in the quiet of the natural world. I am a library worker and freelance writer. I also enjoy photography. I love to shop, particularly second-hand for clothes. Music is a passion of mine, especially classic rock and soul, and I have a soft spot for 80's music.
